Ms.
Bronston lectures extensively on all aspects of
receiverships and other fiduciary assignments, for
Continuing Education of the Bar, the
State Bar of California,
the
Los Angeles County Bar Association, the
California Receivers Forum, and various other bar
associations and business groups.
In April,
2000, Ms. Bronston co-chaired a two-day conference on
behalf of the California Receivers Forum, in conjunction
with Loyola Law School, entitled "Receiverships in the
New Millenium: Part I." The conference, held at Loyola,
was attended by receivership professionals throughout the
state of California.
On October
8 & 9, 2004, Ms. Bronston produced a two-day conference on
behalf of the California Receivers Forum, in conjunction
with Loyola Law School, entitled "Receiverships in the
New Millennium: Part II". The entire subject of
receiverships from A to Z was covered, with seasoned
professionals, judges, and representatives from the
Attorney General, Department of Corporations, SEC, FDIC and
FTC as faculty. At the close of the conference Ms. Bronston
was awarded the inaugural Robert C. Warren Memorial Award
in recognition of her work on behalf of the California
Receivers Forum.
